What These Terms Cover
Account Eligibility

1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the playstar website, mobile interface, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with playstar and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
playstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, playstar will notify registered players via email or an on-site notification at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, promotion, or bonus offer, the specific rules of that game or promotion shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, provided they do not contradict any mandatory provision of applicable law.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" means the playstar website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all associated gaming and betting services.
- "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform.
- "Account Balance" means the total of real money funds held in your playstar account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched-deposit bonuses, free spin winnings, or other promotional value credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which playstar confirms a player's identity, age, and source of funds prior to processing withdrawals.
- "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency supported on the Platform.
1.2 Governing Law

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to playstar is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during their use of the Platform:
- You are aged 18 years or older. playstar enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited, and playstar takes active measures to prevent underage gambling.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or from which playstar has explicitly restricted access.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of playstar, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
playstar uses industry-standard age and identity verification technology to screen registrations. Where automated checks are inconclusive, manual review by the compliance team is conducted. During the review period, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. Providing false information during registration — including false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
3 Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full features of the Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
playstar permits only one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and playstar reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.2 KYC Document Requirements
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during a player's use of the Platform where playstar deems it necessary, the following documents may be requested:
- Proof of Identity: Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days and displaying your registered address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming that the account is registered in your name.
- Source of Funds: For high-volume players, playstar may request evidence of source of funds (e.g., salary slips, bank statements) to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered, and legible. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or forged documents will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. playstar will never contact you to request your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support at playstar.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
playstar supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (processing times may vary)
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless an alternative currency is explicitly indicated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player and will be reflected in the final credited or debited amount.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on playstar is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. playstar does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges in accordance with their own service terms.
playstar reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the account will be placed under review.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during normal business operations. During peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
- playstar does not apply a withdrawal processing fee. Any charges applied by the receiving payment provider are outside our control.
- Withdrawal requests associated with accounts where bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met will be held until those requirements are satisfied, or the bonus balance will be forfeited at the player's election prior to processing the withdrawal.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a verified account on playstar and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 200% Welcome Bonus. For example, a first deposit of ৳1,000 will result in a bonus credit of ৳2,000, giving you a total playing balance of ৳3,000. The maximum bonus amount obtainable under the Welcome Bonus offer is subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer.
The Welcome Bonus is available to new players aged 18 and above only. One Welcome Bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. playstar reserves the right to withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice, though such withdrawal will not affect bonuses already credited to existing accounts.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses — including the Welcome Bonus — are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money.
- The Wagering Requirement applies to the total bonus amount credited, not to the original deposit amount.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Check the specific promotion page for exact contribution rates.
- Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be removed from the account automatically.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. playstar reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus (and any winnings derived therefrom) where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, exploitation of technical errors, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated bonus farming. These Terms govern all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with playstar.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in betting markets. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial transaction in connection with criminal activity.
- Registering or using more than one account on the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour towards playstar staff or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
playstar employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor for irregular betting patterns, rapid account switching, and other indicators of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is suspected, the account will be suspended pending investigation. playstar will cooperate with law enforcement agencies where prohibited conduct may constitute a criminal offence.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your playstar account at any time by contacting our support team at support at playstar. Before closing, any remaining real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with withdrawal terms. Please allow up to 5 business days for a closure-related withdrawal to be processed.
If you wish to close your account due to problem gambling concerns, please inform our team when making the request. In such cases, playstar will process the closure as a self-exclusion, applying the most protective account restrictions available and ensuring you are provided with details of appropriate support resources available in Bangladesh.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by playstar
playstar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
- Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
- A regulatory or compliance requirement necessitating restriction of access.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive account fees may apply — see Section 7.3).
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. playstar will notify the registered email address prior to applying any inactivity fee. An administration fee of ৳150 per month may be deducted from the account balance while the account remains inactive, until the balance reaches zero. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed without further notice. Reactivation is possible by logging in and contacting support prior to the balance reaching zero.
8 Limitation of Liability
playstar provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible via on-site notifications and email alerts.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playstar shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
- Any loss arising from technical failures, service interruptions, network outages, or errors caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Any loss arising from the actions of other players, including but not limited to collusion or account compromise resulting from a player sharing their own credentials.
- Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or balances caused by a technical malfunction, provided that playstar takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Platform or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 7.1.
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and playstar with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. playstar's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
